Our services are priced at $125 for the first hour and $95 for each subsequent hour, with material costs billed separately. Upon our professional technicians’ arrival, we require a signature to confirm the start time and agreement on payment terms, ensuring clarity and mutual understanding from the onset. Our approach to service is grounded in simplicity: we arrive, carry out the necessary installations or repairs, and leave your site clean, as if we were never there. We do, however, inform our clients that any waste removal needed will be an additional charge, for which the homeowner is responsible.
